If you are staying in Livingstone, it is highly recommended that you take a trip across to Zimbabwe to view the Victoria Falls. About two-thirds of the Victoria Falls lie in Zimbabwe and the neatly laid out paths lead to view points such as the Devil’s Cataract, Main Falls, Horse Shoe Falls and the aptly named Rainbow Falls.

Viewing of the Victoria Falls is recommended from both sides of the river, but the general view is that although each side has unique attributes that the best viewing is on the Zimbabwe side.

Victoria Falls Full Day Trip from Livingstone

Your day will start at 07:30 with a road transfer from your hotel in Livingstone to Victoria Falls. When you arrive in Victoria Falls you will enjoy a guided tour of one of the Seven Wonders of The World. Explore the unique rain forest feasting your eyes on magnificent plant and birdlife, whilst taking in the grandeur that is the Victoria Falls. You will be guided through the rain forest and stop at the different viewpoints along the way. You will find yourself in awe as you witness the sheer magnitude of the Victoria Falls. The Victoria Falls will be in full flood between April and August. Be sure to wear a raincoat during these months as you will get soaked from the spray of the Falls.

High Tea on the Terrace of the Victoria Falls Hotel is a tradition that has been practiced for over a century in the Grand Old Lady of Victoria Falls. Take yourself back in time sitting on the terrace overlooking the gorge and the Victoria Falls Bridge, partaking in pastries and fine tea.

You have the option to add on a Helicopter Flight over Victoria Falls to your itinerary for an additional $150 per person (plus $15 national Parks Fees).
